During my journey through Yunnan, I had the pleasure of staying at NaZhu that truly stood out. It was, without a doubt, the cleanest accommodation I encountered on my trip. The attention to detail was remarkable—everything was spotless, and even the bedsheets carried a fresh, pleasant scent, reflecting the staff’s dedication to comfort and hygiene. Many hotels looks pretty in photo but details are so horrible, even those with high rating on trip, but not this one
The service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, always ready to assist with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Adding a delightful charm to the experience was a super cute resident animal, you can always find her at level 1 or the rooftop tea room
One of the highlights was the evening butter tea session—a must-try cultural experience where you get to enjoy traditional beverage with treats together with other travellers.
The hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in the thoughtful details throughout the stay. All food provided are seasonal and fresh. I tried many local fruits and snacks which are available all day.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang.

Totally love the experience of our stay in Nazhu! The hotel was super helpful and friendly!
Let me list down what I like about this hotel:
1. Super friendly and helpful that they helped to carry our luggages to 4th floor.
2. The lighting in the room is perfectly (not too dim)
3. There’s Dyson hairdryer!!!!! All the ladies can get a good hair everyday! 🥰
4. They prepared bathroom slippers for us so our feet will not get frozen when we shower.
4. Breakfast taste good but it could be better if there are some variation from day to day.
5. It’s walking distance to Lijiang Old Town.
6. There are many eateries within walking distance.
Unfortunately the mountains were not visible during our stay due to cloudy weather. But I will comeback again another time.
Through out my Yunnan’s trip this is the best hotel I have stayed. 3 nights was very enjoyable! Will totally recommend this to my friends n family!

Impressed with this hotel from the moment I stepped foot in front of the hotel, the staff immediately came out to greet us, took great care of us and were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable with an intelligent system, and there were activities for us to do, we almost didn't want to leave the hotel. There was afternoon tea in the afternoon, and we watched and tasted butter tea during the sunset. The girl who made the tea was very lovely. Breakfast was also delicious. The auntie took good care of us. The car could drop us off right in front of the hotel. It wasn't far to walk to the old town.

The view from our hotel room is very nice, the only downs side is there is no lift in the hotel and our room located at the 4th floor, so have to climb 4 level up everytime. However the hotel staff will provide service to carry our luggage up and down. Good service.

I like everything about it. The room is clean and comfortable, quiet and warm. The top floor is perfect. You can see the whole snow-capped mountain. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and butter tea in the evening. Everyone is looking at the snow-capped mountain in the breeze, sitting and chatting, meeting people from all over the world, and listening to stories. It's very comfortable and great! It's also very convenient to go to the ancient city. The guys and aunts at the homestay are super nice. Everything is just right. When you return to the homestay, you will feel at ease and very happy. Thank you for taking care of and meeting all needs, making the memories in Lijiang beautiful.
